Scheduling

You may schedule your appointment over the phone by calling 937-275-7898 where a receptionist will be pleased to make recommendations and/or suggestions and help schedule an appointment that is convenient for you. You may also schedule your appointment on our website.

Standing Appointments

If you would like to secure the day, time, and salon professional for recurring Infinitee Salon/ Spa visits, Call 937-275-7898 and our receptionist will gladly help schedule your standing appointments.

For Your Comfort

  • All services include complementary beverages.
  • We ask that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications you are taking as some services may be contra-indicated.
  • For consideration of all guests, we request that you turn down the volume on mobile phones and pagers.
  • Please be assured that your safety is our ultimate goal.  All salon equipment and spa materials are professionally sanitized.
  • As a precaution, please do not wax or shave your legs 24-hours before receiving a pedicure and avoid tanning 24-48 hours before and after hair removal services.
  • To preserve the results of your pedicure service, please allow at least 1 hour for the nail lacquer to adequately dry. As a courtesy to our guests, disposable flip-flops are available free of charge and can be worn after your service.
  • For your comfort, smoking is not permitted
  • We request that you leave all jewelry and other valuables at home, as Infinitee Salon/Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • To protect your clothing, we ask that you wear a cape, robe or smock that we provide.
  • For your convenience during spa services, we provide towels, robes, slippers, and lockers for personal items. While we do provide spa sandals for you to wear, you are also welcome to bring your own if you wish.
  • At the end of your visit, make your payment at the front desk. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, or cash as forms of payment. If an Infinitee Salon/Spa gift card is your form of payment, we require that you bring your gift card with you and present it to the receptionist upon checkout.

Gratuities

Tipping is always left to your discretion. For your convenience, we offer personal tip envelopes. Please note that gift cards cannot be used for gratuity.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards from The Infinitee Salon/Spa make the perfect gift for any occasion!
  • Gift cards are available in any amount.
  • Gift cards can be purchased at the salon, over the phone, or online.
  • Online gift card purchases can be received in two ways:
    • Electronically - Electronic gift cards are emailed to you, or the gift card recipient, with a link to a PDF file that can be printed and used immediately.
    • Standard U.S. Mail - Gift cards will be sent to the billing address or recipient address, depending on your preference. Gift cards will be packaged in traditional Infinitee Salon/Spa gift card packaging and will include a menu of services.  Please note that delivery is 7-10 days. A shipping and handling fee of $4.00 is waved on gift card purchases over $100.
  • An Electronic Gift Card is a gift card that is emailed to you or your recipient immediately after completion of the purchase. After receipt of the email, the recipient can click on the PDF attachment, print or save the file, and redeem at the Infinitee Salon/Spa.
  • Infinitee Salon/Spa Electronic Gift Cards are non-transferable. Recipients must provide photo identification that matches the name on the Electronic Gift Card.
  • A legible copy of the Electronic Gift Card and proper photo identification must be presented at time of payment.
  • An Electronic Gift Card that is illegible, copied, or modified in any way will be considered null and void.
  • The Infinitee Salon/Spa is not responsible for the proper functionality of PC or MAC hardware, software or e-mail.  The Infinitee Salon/Spa must receive technical problems with Electronic Gift Cards within three days of purchase.
  • Gift cards are redeemable for retail products and/or services up to the balance available. Present your gift card at the time of payment.  Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash or credit.  Gift cards cannot be duplicated if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
  • Gift cards cannot be used for gratuity.
  • Gift cards expire five years from the date of purchase.

Cancellations, Changes & Service Considerations

  • As a courtesy, we give a 2-day notice prior to your appointment.  If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, give us a minimum 24-hour notice, and a 48-hour notice for any package or multiple service change and/or cancellation.
  • Please note the length of service sessions listed is approximations and may vary.
  • We unfortunately cannot guarantee physical service placement.  However, we will make every effort to accommodate your request when you arrive for your appointment.

Children's Policy

At the Infinitee Salon/Spa, we understand that you expect – and deserve – the very best.  In fairness to our guests and for safety purposes, children are not permitted in our facility without an appointment, and may not wait in the lobby. 

Retail & Returns

The Infinitee Salon & Spa is dedicated to offering the finest hair, skin, and nail care products in the industry. Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, retail products may be returned with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued in the same manner as the original purchase (including gift cards), except for cash sales. No cash or check purchase refunds will be made at the salon. All cash and check purchase refunds are processed via a check mailed to guest. Even or like exchanges may be permitted at the discretion of the salon management. Gift cards are not refundable.
